I am 100 satisfied with my other service work Brian but I was slightly disappointed with my service man Ivann . Communication wasn’t there , I didn’t quite understand the situation with my car and I wasn’t happy .

Brad, our sales rep was amazing. However, the inside detailing was not impressive. Spots were still obviously dirty and not exactly what I was expecting. Also, the exterior had a dent by gas cap not fixed and a scuff not touched up. I know I bought the vehicle before it hit the lot and prior to it being detailed, but it should have gotten done and not rushed through.
