Little to no communication even after by car being at your facility for 27 days. In that time I received 2 text messages and 1 phone call. All other communication was initiated by myself or my wife. This lack of communication is unacceptable. We understand that there were issues with the warranty company but more communication from your staff would have made this whole experience easier on everyone.
