I was told a part for my van would be on order and I would be notified once it arrived. The part in question is an overhead storage compartment. The locking mechanism has been broken since I drove it off your lot. No effort has been made on your part to fix this problem despite countless calls to the service department and being agreed upon prior to me driving off the lot. It is an absolute waste of my time, the door that now hangs down because of the broken locking mechanism and blocks nearly 40% of my rear view while I drive. So no, I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

Report said that all fluids were topped off and vehicle was washed.
The only fluid that was topped of was engine oil all other fluids were not topped off and vehicle was not washed. For the hour that I was there I would of imagined that those fluids and the wash would of haves been taken care off.

I made an appointment just to get my oil changed and I appreciate that you also washed my truck however I was there for over two hours. That is a very long time just to get an oil change. Additionally, every time I take my vehicle to your shop for service there is grease on the driver door sill.
