Jon, as usual delivers the best customer care. He is so caring about every aspect of the customer experience all the way to making sure I knew their was coffee while I waited for my car. He’s just such a gentleman in every way. I’m old fashion and appreciate the chivalry.

Miguel was very nice and helpful but there must have been some miscommunication because the problem is still there after I picked up my vehicle. The issue was not completely resolved. My car still thinks that my car key is in the ignition when it is removed and that was the original reason for bringing it in. Upon receiving a newly programmed key, the issue still stands.
