RGD is always honest, respectful & very professional. Unfortunately, my wife’s Lexus (2015 ES 350) just turned 40k miles & is in need of a water pump & the price quoted was $1,500.00 to install a new one. We’ll have to park it, use her 2008 ES350 with 80k miles... which, by the way, has not had a water pump issue yet. I guess it is what it is & we’ll have to start saving for the repairs. Thank You for hearing & understanding our predicament.

Jorge was great, but the service on my vehicle was less than acceptable. I've had 2 oil changes at Airpark. Both times I have found oil all over the bottom of the engine and dripping from the skid plate. The tech(s) do not seem to clean up or do it right the first time. I should not have a burning oil smell coming from a newer truck.
