The vehicle was not repaired. We just got the car this morning. We drove it and every time it reengaged from the auto shutoff the, it still lurched pretty severely. It doesn't seem like whatever they did fixed the issue.

When we arrived to pick up my vehicle (on a Saturday), we had to wait for the only service agent to finish with 2 other customers before we could pay out. It would be so much more efficient to have the young lady at the counter to cash the customer out instead.
