Never had poor customer service prior. Left Daniel 3 voicemails over the 3 days no calls back. Called multiple times to front desk being blindly transferred to a phone that he was not answering. Let front desk know - her response was “I can’t get up from my desk”. Then asked to speak to our service Hugo that we used previously, after multiple attempts of going straight to his voicemail a manager got on the phone, not being very helpful either. Rather telling us that Daniel had 4 customers in line. Again, calling just to know if our vehicle is done. Finally, Daniel called back saying he had morning rush....what about the last 3 days of voicemails. Not specifically Daniel, rather from receptionist, to manager, to service. Awful experience - will not be returning or referring.

My car came back with a DENT in it, as well as 200 additional miles from what the service sheet indicated was the miles in and out. I'M DISGUSTED AND BEYOND MAD. How's can you damage a costumer's vehicle, plus drive it like that and think I wouldn't notice. I want someone in charge of that place to call me!!!
