Ivan has been very responsive and seems to be doing his best to resolve problems. Hopefully all will be solve after next visit. Nissan quite often does not have parts in stock.

I asked about the Ford pass to earn my points. It did not get used. The mat had damage to it and he did not even notice it until I pointed it out. I had a question about the safe that was installed. I was handed the paper work and said that would answer my questions. And walked off. He was nice and friendly. But that was about it.

Not happy with the last service.... most likely will not be bringing my car back soon, will be taking it to my old mechanic. Seems like several repairs performed on it by your service department needs to be redone again to soon. Brakes should last longer than a year considering the car is 6 years old and the brakes were done a bit over a year ago. It was the only brake job ever performed on the car. The car only has 49,000.00 miles.
