My vehicle was kept longer than it should have been, but that’s not a big deal. What surprised me is that I had a mini-detail done unsatisfactorily. I took effort to clear all compartments so that could be vacuumed/wiped out. This didn’t meet my standards. The cup holders are still dirty, the compartments were not cleaned, and the trunks was not vacuumed. There is actually mulch still in it from the week beforehand. That was a shock to me that it didn’t even get vacuumed. I do have pictures to validate if you have interest in reviewing. Overall, I expected more. That aside, the rest of the service was handled well.

Every interaction has been me initiating and doing all of the work. My car is in there till the 16th a very long period of time. I have to call jeep and ask for a loaner. I go to jeep to pick up the loaner and they send me to enterprise. Then I find that they were supposed to be the ones get to give me a car and I have to go back yet again. Every part of this process has been messed up.
