Poor customer service. Hard to find the service area and then there were cars parked everywhere I didn’t know where to pull in. I wasn’t greeted by anyone when I got out and stood there for some time until finally someone came by. I never received a text or call confirming that my truck was ready. I called the service department and they were unable to find my service provider. After waiting for some time I was then given a call back saying that it was ready. I arrived and again wasn’t greeted by anyone. I walked around to the service manager and then was directed to wear my service provider was supposed to be. He still wasn’t there so another provider helped retrieve my vehicle. He set the alarm off to find my vehicle in and I found that very unprofessional. I understand that it may have been busier than usual but there were multiple opportunities for someone to give great service and it was never delivered. I will be going to another dealership in the future if/when my truck needs servicing.

Another excellent service experience. Took my RX350 in for a ‘late’ annual maintenance appointment (Thx to COVID). Scott, my service rep, gave me a quick tip on how to fix my voice recognition issue that rendered my hands free calling to a useless. Then the tech helped me to locate an annoying rattle I was experiencing from the back of the car every time I took it on the road. What a team!

My car was there at 8am and I didn't pick it up until the next day. My check engine light never came back on so the couldn't be fixed, and I understand that. But within the entire day you had it, my mirror was never looked at. The mechanic in the first window returned my car and was very unprofessional, and my mirror still does not work

Issues are around the text program that you use. Pete didn’t respond to three texts over a 6 hour span. Turns out he was not working. In that case the texts should be routed to someone who is working - or a queue.
