Total trainwreck of a transaction.
I was called by a representative at Airpark Dodge, asking if I would bring my truck in for an oil change because they saw I was about due. I agreed and booked an appointment for 1200 on 4/8/21. I showed up on time and was told it would be about an hour. Since they no longer provide any type of shuttle service I walked to lunch about a half mile away. Upon my return it had been about 1.5 hours since I dropped off my truck. I asked my service rep (vikki) what the status was. She told me that the service tech just pulled the oil filter from parts 6 minutes prior to me asking, and told me it should only take a few min since it was being worked on. I was a bit frustrated because my appointment was at noon and it was now 1330. I go to wait in the lobby 1400 passes, then 1430 passes. I go out to see whats going on. They finally finished my truck at 1445. 2 hours and 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was forced to cancel 2 meetings at work. Then to my surprise when I went to pay, the proper oil was not put in my truck. When I booked my appointment I informed the Airpark Rep I wanted full synthetic. However vikki told me that the rep didnt put the info in the proper place when she booked my appointment so thats why it didnt get done, like it was my fault I didnt do the reps job properly. Then she told me that if I wanted it corrected I would have to effectively get in back of the line and wait about 1.5 hours for them to correct their mistake. I was not willing to wait 4.5 hours for an oil change. Then when I was brought to the service manager to discuss the issue, he was unwilling to do anything about it, and told me I should have filled out "xyz" form. I told him I didnt feel like I should have to pay the bill since the proper service was not performed. Thats when he got extremely upset and said "this is where we part ways, congrats you pulled one over on us." I was quite taken back by his response. I took my keys and left extremely angry.
I will never recommend Airpark Dodge Service department to anyone and would further more urge people to consider other options.

Hassan Did a great job. I wish you had some coupons to make it a little bit cheaper.Hassan’s service really was good And he helped get everything done
That said, we are living in a world of coronavirus where everything is gotten more difficult and I would hope there were some discounts for maintenance on some of these things.

Reliable chevy was unable to fully diagnose my cars problem. I paid over 1000 dollars to get my car fixed and it was in the store for 5 days and it still is not fixed. Because of this incident I have to sell my car and I will not be purchasing another chevy and I was considering a new chevy blazer. Not anymore.
