Although Eric was busy with another customer, he knowledged me when I first came in with my car. Most of the time, that gesture is rarely expressed in Customer Service. He was prompt in notifying once car issue had been found. He communicated every step of the way and answered any questions I had once I picked up my car. He showed me my new battery and explained how the warranty worked. I appreciated being shown something I purchased. That doesn’t happen often at auto shops. I appreciated his help today and hope he’s the one who attends me for future services.
