Several reasons. Car was towed there on a Friday morning. Was led to believe that work may be completed by Friday evening. Never heard from Lexus. Called Saturday afternoon and was told someone would call when it was ready. Never heard from Lexus. Called on Monday afternoon and was told I would be called back by my advisor, but pushed back to get an update, and learned my car was ready. I asked for a pickup (since I had never been offered a loaner car) and was told that 16 miles was too far. So I had to inconvenience a friend to take me there (on Tuesday). Was greeted professionally, paid for the service and waited over 20 minutes for the car to be brought out. It was explained that it was being washed, but it was dirty with bird droppings and dust, so it was probably washed the day before). Not exactly an A Approach experience deserving of a 10, or even a 5. Happy to provide more details if you desire.

I pre-arranged an appointment to have my back up camera fixed, as It has not worked since purchase (I was to the understanding it was recalled in November. Also to have my left rear fender well fixed as it not in tact. Plus, during my appointment my Cosair was to have the Zantek paint protectant (as this is required every 6 months). I was informed prior to my appointment I would have a loan car.
Bob was not prepared for my repairs.. he did not have the replacement camera, did not have a loaner car and told me to not worry about the Zantek process that I could get it done when I return. His final comment was, he would call me to reschedule to get everything done and would have someone come to pick up my car at that time as part of the customer service agreement. I have not heard a word. The date I was there was April 22nd at 9:30 am I was to drop it off for a loan car. Very disappointing I have not even received an update or anything in follow up.
