It took a week to even look at the car and you offered no rental vehicle. If you are charging premiums for your service your service should reflect it. Mark Filler was courteous and kept me informed which was a small consultation for having to wait so long.

I had an appointment at 12:30 for oil change and recall notice computer fix. Thought it would take about an hour. When arrived John said it would take over 3 hours. I asked if a shuttle or Lyft was offered. John said no. I told him I would bring car back in evening and drop off for next day service. He said that would work. I brought car back same evening around 6:15 to drop off and another service advisor was there and helped write up drop off envelope. I said I had been there earlier for appointment. He mentioned that I could have had them get a lyft to take me home when I came to drop car off earlier. I said I inquired earlier and was told this was not offered. new advisor was a bit baffled by this. Not happy to have to go back and forth. John acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I would not recommend him as a advisor to any one that asked. I ended up getting multiple items taken care of while there totaling $650+. I will probably think about another location as an option or at least be sure not to have John M as a advisor.

Mellisa was great. Unfortunately there was minor paint damage to drivers door, chip and scratch. I pointed out to Melissa that there wasn't a scratch on the truck when we walked around it during check in. Didn’t notice it till next day when getting in when the truck was dry. It was wet when I picked it up due to it raining.

Just like I said last time, my car was returned to me very dirty. Last time I was here for a major service, and I had just had my car washed so I was definitely more upset when my dashboard was covered in dust and fingerprints, and the interior was messy. This time the dashboard was covered in dust again, and the exterior of the car still had crusties on it/generally was not very clean, but it was less frustrating as the car hadn’t been perfectly clean upon arrival. I did ask the person who returned my car to me to wipe down the dash, which he did with a great attitude, and I appreciate that.
Also someone forgot to reset my maintenance popup, so I ended up having to do that myself after I left and noticed it.
The biggest thing for me is the dirty car (for the second time now, I did leave similar feedback last time), otherwise I’d have been much happier.

John Otero was great. But I was there 2 weeks prior, had tires Che led and filled and at that time they did not tell me I needed new tires, dangerously so. John was not my associate at that visit. He was excellent today.
