Never even seen Cesar. I was there for 6 hours when I was told it would be 2.5. I went outside to check how much longer it would be, my car was just sitting there. Cesar was talking to someone and never even acknowledged me. Someone else helped me so I could finally leave.

The service department is seriously hampered by an absolutely terrible phone system.... difficulty getting through, no call backs. I complained to both the service person John Marino and the service manager. Terrible, terrible system. I would not recommend, and I strongly suggest you change the system.
