While driving out of the dealership driveway today I heard a sound coming from my right front tire. I pulled over in front of the dealership having just been given my car and there was a 2 foot long piece of wire stuck in the tread of my tire. Luckily it had not penetrated the core of the tire. No, will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Dropped out car off yesterday morning. Specifically told him to please let us know that day if the car would be done in an hour two, a couple days, or longer. Just so we can plan. He never called us. I left 3 messages for him and tried calling service and sales to reach him. He finally called us this afternoon to let us know the car was ready and they could only fix two of the very minor items that took 5 min to fix. The car has a severe wobble when you hit a bump at high speed. He said this was from 3 of the tires being worn and we needed to replace the 3 tires. I don’t know why worn tires would affect this severe shaking only when you hit a bump. The car drives perfectly smooth at all speeds until you hit just the right bump. It’s clearly the “death wobble” that our previous service tech Carl spoke about. I’m more frustrated at the lack of basic communication with the service department. A couple quick phone calls would have made a big difference.
