I can only reiterate that I was completely satisfied. I told Daniel that I was an ex GM tech and that I normally do all my maintenance. However I was not equipped to do a transmission flush. I told him I wasn’t going to purchase any other services and I appreciated that he honored that and didn’t try to up sell any additional work.

2018 F450 32k miles. Defective RF tire. Chunks came off from the inside of the tire. LF is starting to do the same.
I am the original owner and have warranty paperwork from Continental which states that the tires need to be handled thru a Dealership.
I understand that Grapevine Ford does not warranty the tires but my concerns were not considered. It felt like I was being sold a set of new tires.
I went to another local dealership who took the time to find the correct phone number to Continental tires.
Yes, I had to initiate the transaction, but they took over from there.
You guys didn’t even try.
It’s disappointing to me that my “go-to” dealership did not step up like the other dealership has done.

I spent over 1000 dollars at your shop to fix my car. They didnt end up fixing the problem so I took it back. They wanted another 2000 dollars to "fix it" again. I said no and took it to another shop. Not only did the other shop fix it first try, but said that thd repairs that your shop wanted to do were not even necessary. So I would have wasted 2000 more dollars at your shop. Never coming back what a joke.
