Eric Adamson had excellent customer service however I feel like management needs to work on the back of the house(as in the people who do oil change/checks for recalls) because they seemed to be backed up. Also need to work on teamwork. I understand the front of the house needs to make sales so I can see why coworkers don’t get involved however if you ask a simple question to anyone else they always seem to just say go to the person who helped you & I think that makes the company look bad like it just wants your money & no service.

I don't need anyone to contact me. My car was there for a week, no loaners available. No information about the car until it was ready to be picked up. In other words the car was repaired without my consent or knowledge of what was diagnosed and then I was charged for a repair I didn't consent to. In the meantime I lost hundreds of dollars because I live 30 miles away and couldn't work while having no vehicle for a week. Only to be told I should have made an appointment. I didn't know you could predict your one year vehicle breaking down. So, no don't bother calling me. I'll take the car to pinegar if it needs something done from now on.

Jon Kenney did the best he could to help me and my car, the dealership cost was ridiculous at over 10k to replace an engine!? I found a shop that will do it for 4k. No thanks to fiat.. they were more interested in trading my car than fixing it or sticking me with a super high cost repair
