As far as I'm concerned, David Clark is the BEST service rep and always has the customer first, before the mighty dollar. He has taken such excellent care of me since 2012 when my beloved passed away. Always looking out for me, letting me know when recalls are happening, reminding me about oil changes as he knows my 2012 Hyundai Sonata is very special to me as it was my birthday gift received from my beloved before he passed. When engine trouble arise 4 weeks ago and told me I had to have a new engine, tears welled up in my eyes thinking how am I going to pay for a new engine? Living only on my income, and David with his sweet smile and assurance, said no worries its covered under the 100,000 mile warranty. Suggested that I would need a transmission service and then called and said since the engine is out of the car, it would be wise to change all the belts and hoses since they are 7 years old. He knew I would be traveling to Oklahoma in August and said I'd hate for one of them to go bad or break on your long travels. David has always been the most nicest, caring and compassionate service rep I ever met. Before my beloved passed, Wayne told me to make sure that I have all my work done for the car at Hyundai and to be sure and see David when I do. I trust no one else with my car, friends said I'm dumb to have it serviced for oil/rotation of tires there as its expensive...I say well no more than anywhere else and plus if there is a problem they always call and tell me about it. Plus there is a record of all the services I've had done there and gives me reassurance and that if something is wrong, David can pull up my service record and go from there. This employee of yours deserves recognition and top award for being so customer oriented and putting (me) the customer first. Thank you for having such an amazing service rep!!!!

Joey Cortez has been providing the best customer service ever since I was first attended by him. He is my favorite go to personale at Hyndaui and I appreciate his work. I have always felt he truely does his best to answer my questions and is very understanding. I believe in his work and I’m glad to be one of his customers.

I went in to pick up the scan disk for my Kia Sorento so that I will be able to use the Navigation in my car. I bought the car from Dodge and the scan disk was gone and they wanted to charge me $750 for it, I did not buy it. After coming to Hyundai for my service (which is a 10 and KIA service is a 2) I talked with David Clark and he was able to get the disk at a great price.

I was very disappointed with Madai and the team. When i got there Madai had told me that it would be 60 to 75mins. In the 75mins I figured I would catch up on my favorite comic book; the walking dead. Whilst reading my 2nd consecutive comic Madai notified me that my vehicle was ready. I was so disappointed that i wouldnt be able to finish the comics beacuse Madai and the team finished with my car in under 45mins! Thank you guys for your fast and great service!
