The service department has an outstanding crew that are professional and friendly. They seem to take an extra step by keeping the customer informed and this is why i keep coming back.

Well, when i call 3 times Wednesday morning around 9am to see if i can drop my car off on my work break around 10am the lady who directs my call to the service station tryed 3 times for me and they said to her that they are to busy to get a customer call not very nice busy or not i thought customers come first so my husband had to get off work so he can drop off my car cause my work break was over that tells me alot about Hyundai workers
