We brought our car in for a brake issue we hadn’t had before the brake pads were replaced by Bakersfield Hyundai. I had no shaking last time I had brought it in but I was told the brake pads needed to be replaced. That was fine because I had enough mileage on those pads and it’s better to replace them before the rotors go bad. After they were replaced, I immediately experienced shaking of the front end when baking at high speeds. When I took it back in, I was told that there was a bump on the rear tire. This is true and we were shown this problem. I did not bring my car in for shaking in the rear of the vehicle. This is a clean brake issue and my vehicle was clearly not driven to find out why I had the problem I took it in for. When I asked if they can at least check the brakes I was told “but that would take time”. I take my vehicle to the dealership for a correct diagnosis and quality work. Now I have to either bring it in again or bring it to somebody that might know a thing or two about brakes. I just wanted my brakes checked because there is something wrong and it was not that way before the brake pads were changed.

I was told I needed a new battery ,when I asked how much he had trouble getting a price so I told forget it and I went to A1Battery on Union and they told me my battery was still testing in the ok mode

Dropped my car off at 2 pm ( which was my appt time). By 5pm still no call so I called them. Got a voicemail. Drove down to get my car and there was no record of my car being there and took them 20 minutes to locate my car. Then I'm told there was no work ticket made and that my car was just parked in the back. Very unprofessional!!! Then the guy tells me they can do my car right now if I can wait another 30-45 mins. I was late to a family dinner with my daughters because of his. I'm very disappointed in the service!!!
