It still takes way too long to get to the bottom line. When I tell someone i dont want to pay more than i am paying and they come back with the first offer and its $100 more that is not good customer service. You are hoping i will give in but it pisses people off.

I understand the service rep I had was fired, but there should have been some other follow up after I called a couple of times and left a voicemail last Friday. It wasn't until I called Monday afternoon that I got a response someone would call me Tuesday. After that, service was greater. Minus the nail in my tire that I have to get fixed.
