I went in to order a valve cover gasket, I mentioned my spark-plug had a misfire due to oil getting into my cylinder so I myself replaced it (didn’t know much about how the warranty works) Joey very helpful told me about the warranty and how it’ll cover it so in reality I would be wasting my money if I ordered the gasket. Thankfully my coils were replaced but not my sparK plugs as well as my valve cover gasket. Mechanic said it seem fine (which it makes sense since it was a new spark plug I myself had replaced to prevent my car from further issues).

My ISG is not working today at all. I would suggest at this point that a factory rep be requested to come to the dealership and find out what is going on with my ISG. I am not willing to live with the “sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t” philosophy. The dealership has really let me down.
