The screen in my dash is cracked. There were no cracks in it when I dropped it off. I'm upset that noone bothered to tell me. My son drove it home for me, and he noticed it and let me know. There is no way that this could have gone unnoticed by your team.

The vehicle had a complementary car wash, iwas not completely dry when it was taken out and dust collected on the many spots where it was wet. Gilbert offered to take it back to get it detailed but I didn't have time to stay and get it done. I will reach out to him schedule an exterior detail of the vehicle
