I originally requested an oil change only, but I was offered a special of an oil change & tire rotation for &44.95, which I verbally verified with Mr. ****. I was in a hurry due to an appointment I had, plus a death in the family the same morning, but he said he could not have my car ready in less than 2 hours. I picked up my car when I was notified it was ready & left immediately, but as I got in the car looking over the paperwork, I saw a tire rotation was not done. I did not have time to go back, so I called him from the car. I checked what they had charged & they did not charge me for the tire work & that's exactly their explanation. They didn't charge me. Does that make it OK to not do what I requested. Me. **** called me back & said it was a misunderstanding. It was not. We discussed what I wanted and he agreed. when he called me, I was at another appointment & said I would call him back. I have not done so. I will have my tires rotated at the place where I bought the tires.

He tried to rip me off by selling me brakes that I didn't even need your mechanic did not even check to see if the shoes needed to be replaced it would just break dust making the noise had it checked out from another mechanic breaks for just fine.
