The only thing that has not been resolved, is my rental car reimbursement . I rented a car from National car rental, since they were the only car rental agency open, after being towed to dealership.$233.04 other then that the service that David Clark provided was exceptional !

Gilbert was very unhelpful and extremely rude. He did not check the service that was placed for the appointment and he did not inform the lube technicians on which oil to use for my vehicle and they placed the wrong oil in my car and when called out on it he was just completely rude and was an a-hole. This is not the first bad experience I had with him he is just a lazy s.o.b that does not know how to correctly perform his simple job.
