When I made my appointment I wanted everything looked at and changed if needed. Everything that I wanted done wasn't even looked at. On top of them not doing what I asked I had an estimate of tim from 2 to 4 hours. 7 hours later they told be to come pick up my car and they didn't find anything wrong with it. ALFONSO has the worst customer service, I would not recommend going to him, I had scheduled to deal with David and that Didn't happen either. I reached out to a manager regarding this matter, George Rice was very helpful and apologetic. To end this experience by saying they didn't offer to top off my gas or give a complimentary car wash, as they noted the wash was done, but it was raining so I doubt they did. Iam am extremely disappointed in Hyundai
