I got a voicemail saying we could come get our car from 8am -8pm Saturday from Gilbert.. when we started driving over I called to ensure our car was ready and the lady said the service center closed at 3... just spoke to a manager and now we aren’t able to access our car until Monday because he isn’t “authorized” to give us our car... WHAT?? all of my husbands work stuff is in the trunk and he could lose his job if he doesn’t have a car to get to work!!!

Fresno hyundai i shouldnt have been charged me. Terrible service, you didn’t even tell me you had to be over 25 for enterprise. That list said the $120 charge included a car wash and other things and those didn’t happen. Terrible service and i will receive a refund soon.
