I had a terrible experience with the Lyft driver you arranged for me. The seatbelt didn’t work, and the address you provided was incorrect, which caused the driver to complain throughout the ride and take me to the opposite side of Bakersfield. The car was very old, and I ended up having to pay him because he claimed he lost money due to me. Additionally, I tried calling Hyundai, but my call was disconnected before I could speak to anyone. On another call, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes.ver 10 minutes.

When I was checking in for my oil change my service provider decided to assist another customer while he was working with me . I was also told the service would take an hour to an hour and a half instead it was over two hours . When I approached the desk the first time I was ignored and went back a second time and was finally acknowledged. When my vehicle was finally done I got no thank you or have a nice day . I have purchased four Hyundai Elantras from Bakersfield Hyundai and if I decide to purchase another vehicle I will go elsewhere.
