Thomas Owens was attentive and very friendly. My complaint may be minor but should have been communicated or not completed at all. My car was hosed down and not thoroughly washed. It’s either do the job properly or don’t do it at all.

The man with white beard was super helpful and friendly . He gave an accurate time it would take for the service and printed out an estimate of the tires I’ll need soon. I thought the prices were over priced until I compared and price checked and found out the estimate was on the lower cost side for the quality of tire offered compared to other tire companies. Also, Mazda employees replaced both batteries in my remote keys. Overall, great service.
