Actually, it was Sarah Posell that helped me originally to arrange for my car to be serviced there, but since Sarah was off on the day I went (I believe Sarah called in sick that day...) it was Paisley that helped me instead. Well, I have to say both Sarah and Paisley are very good at what they do, and that’s to make customers very comfortable. They make you want to do business with you. And that’s a great customer service!

Paisley provided good customer service but I was really disappointed that Mazda was unable to find a company to detail my car. The detailing was the reason I brought my car in because I could have waited until after the New Year. I had run over some construction materials that was on my wheels and in my wheel well that I was hoping to have removed. I was also unhappy that although I didn’t get the detailing done you would have at least washed the car! Very disappointing and will rethink servicing at thus location next time.
