I left a message to Mary, the service manager about my Mazda CX5. She never returns my call. I understand everyone is busy. I would appreciate if anyone from service department at least follow up with me and provide me with the explanation what is causing the evaporator air condition broken. This is something that Luis was not able to explain. Secondly, I was told by Luis that the compressor also broke during test drive. We bought the car from Mazda of Orange in April 2014. The car is only 5 yrs old. We are not only disappointed by the car quality, but mostly with your poor and irresponsible consumer service.

Thomas was great when I dropped it off. No one available to check 3 of us out after we all had been called & told out vehicles were ready for pick up. You need more employees! A gal behind the parts counter sat there with nothing to do didn’t even acknowledge we were standing around until I asked her if she could get us help. She was unfriendly & useless . After 15 min we all got taken care of.
