Don was very professional in helping me with 1st. Maintenance of my RX350h. After the service he spent enough time to explain and set up my account on my car and he answered all my questions about the car and how to use each feature in it.

The drive up, lounge and coffee was good. Only thing is the sofas can use new cushions other that that the help from Brian was excellent. He explained the process of filling worked I appreciated that. Thanks Brian????????

With an appointment 2 1/2 hours to do an oil and filter change and wash the car. He said they were finishing up the wash and they would bring it right up. They didn’t even wash the car and it was on my work order now I have doubt whether they even changed my filter and drain plug gasket that I paid for. i’m not worried about the car wash because I know it’s complementary but it’s all about trust.
