I get an oil change every 5,000 miles. The last two times I have noticed that my windshield washer fluid has been low. How do I know if the transmission, brake, coolant, and power steering fluid was checked? I didn’t receive a vehicle inspection sheet with my receipts on April 29, 2024.

Jonathan delivered as promised giving me the 20,000 mile service as my odometer was close to 20,000 miles.
When I was in your shop last July. With an odometer reading around 17,000 miles, your advisor Phillip Tran gave me the 30,000 mile servicing that cost $683 dollars. I didn’t pay attention to this screw job and I feel Lexus owes me $300!
