Very good at calling and updating status. Also, really appreciated that he listened and followed up on a the lift gate sensor back order. He called and said it was in and said they could install it. Really liked his professionalism and good customer service!!!!

Having had unusual issues in my one person world (plus doggy) these days, such as mice attacking my garage and for a short time in my townhouse… Not to mention several other issues, all which could be worse, when I noticed that a lotta flys or whatever they are, maybe gnats, flying around in my car… because it was whatever??? I couldn’t believe how upset I got and rushed over to LEXUS, who took care of me immediately and set everything up and told me what to do…
