Great service. My only comment is that when I called they transferred me to voicemail. Not good. Not Vals fault. He was exceptional! When people call to check on the status of their cars, they should always be warm transferred to a real person.

I really appreciate Kent's attention to detail, even though the latest attempt to stop a rattle/ticking noise emanating from the rubbing of the plastic shield protecting the instrument panel and the leather dash surrounding it. I certainly hope we can get rid of the noise sooner rather than later. I have complete confidence that the service and inspection of the rest of the car was completed properly.
