Fred was great. He checked on my bumper to bumper Zurich Shield Plus coverage since I wanted to use it to repair a bumper dent from someone. He reported back to me, after checking with the authority , that my coverage was just for mechanical issues. I know that is not true though so I just need to take the time to find my Zurich Shield paperwork and bring it in.
I also was, as always, pleased with Zach who was asked to fill in for a tech who was not available to reconnect my phone to the car’s Bluetooth system. He solved my problem perfectly.
