I am not satisfied with Service advisor named Fred Young.
When my beautiful new 350 IS was done, he didn’t come to lounge that I was waiting. Some guy bring my keys and he said Fred is lunch now. That would be not good courtesy. If he want to go to lunch before my car is done, he supposed come and tell me his situation.
He need to think customers first not his self.
I am always satisfied with service of Lexus but not this time. This was first experience with unsatisfied service person.
I won’t use him again.

David was amazing. He understood my situation and made sure it is something it can be handled by the technician by explaining the steps.
He then showed me the date of my last service and recommended that I do the service so that I don’t have to come twice. He was very thorough in explaining the results.

I brought the car in for service and added the note that I needed the tire pressure sensors replace (they failed; warning light on). I also mentioned this in person. I asked to wait for the car. After 2 1/2 hours waiting the car was ready, I drove off and immediately noticed the tire pressure warning and light were still on. I came right back, mentioned what happened and was told (oh yeah, you need the sensors replaced, will take several hours). To which I responded, “that’s why I brought it in in the first place!”. So I wasted 2/12 hours waiting for nothing. Got a loaner, and picked car up, fixed, the next day. Always been happy with Putnam Lexus service, but this time was incredible lack of attention to detail, and it wasted a lot of my valuable time.
Oh, also, never got call my car was ready. Phone indicated I received call from Putnam Lexus, but I NO voicemail. Also received a text the next morning saying if I had any questions, respond to this text. I responded, “car ready for pickup?”, never got a response, ever. Had to call. Why text “if you have any questions, reply to this message” if there will never be an answer?!
Really soured by this experience.
