Sometimes I want to complain about something but after he listens to me and starts talking I just want to listen to him and I forget what I was going to complain about. We had a scratch-my husband was told they would contact the body shop about fixing it. Nobody contacted us and they put the special finish OVER the scratch without fixing it. Now when we have the scratch fixed the new coating will be ruined. Nobody knew anything about it. I am very upset about this service experience. Meg Price
