George was very polite and promised that mechanics will take a look at the source of rattle noise.
While the source was found and they fixed it, I still can hear the noise (significantly less compare to initial level). I also found some small scratches on the painting of the bumper that was not there before the service. However, George was very friendly and professional and I would highly appreciate his help.
