Even minor services seem to take 2 days. Loaner car is great but dropping car off at 8:30 am and calling me at 3 pm (when the techs leave at 3:30 pm) to tell me what maintained is recommended and get approved means zero chance of having it done in one day. The difference matters in my case as I have someone to pick up kid Monday (when it should have been done) but not Tuesday when it was done. Third time in a row for a minor service this has happened I believe. Anyhow it worked out and everything else good.
