David did an excellent job for me. He is the only service manager who called
me back when I was sweating with rodent damage. He talked to me kindly, gave me a quick appointment on the following day. Promptly met me at the
dealership and diagnosed the problem. He also reassured me that it was an insured event. He kept in touch with me until I picked the car up about seven days later. He accepted insurance payment and charged me only
the deductible plus added repairs. He is an asset to Putnam Lexus.
