First of all, I don't like being texted for routine communications. I want to opt out of texts.
Alma was fine. She is an engaging person and was very helpful. I wouldn't say she rocked my world. Basically she got me an Uber for a ride home and we talked a couple of times while my car was in the shop.
She was present when I picked up the car, but she didn't discuss what was done. When I went to the counter to pay, some random guy presented me with the paperwork and said, "Sign here". I refused to sign until I was told what was done. The guy basically read what was on the paper. I would think that a service advisor would do this job. That was a miss.
At the end of the day alll they did was a 15K service, and oil chainge, and recharged the battery. Not exactly a challenge. As it happened, I was late for my appointment because I couldn't start my car and I was getting a weird error message. I called Putnam Lexus and described what it was to some guy in the Service area and he told me what it meant. I got a battery charger and charged the battery enough to start the car. I think that's the person who impressed me the most.
Overall the service experience was good. I appreciated the free Uber ride home. I really appreciated the help of the guy who diagnosed my battery issue over the phone. I appreciated the nice car wash. Alma was nice to deal with but she should have been the person who checked me out.

I mailed in the card in the car with 4 Stars ??????????. She is/was terrific! I even complimented her on her hair! Facts: my wife worried about a leaking right front tire before our drive to LA - Alma found nail, on her own initiative had left front checked and found another nail - had both patched and I left with only a $34 bill! Amazing. She kept me informed frequently. Bottom line - Putnam Service gets summa **** laude (with highest praise) marks because Alma is pure Olympic GOLD??
