Alma was spot on. Very pleasant.we gave been a customer since we bought our first Lexus in the early 90’s. One thing I judge a place on is customer service. When we returned to pick up our car and pay the bill one of your young ladies had an attitude and I did not like. I assume she was upset since she had her purse on shoulder and holding a hoodie and she was asked to help out and she was more than obviously upset. People and especially like me like a little smile and nice attitude. I would never had hired her. She is not a credit to Putnam Lexus. People go to a dealership because of service. She might have having a bad day but no excuse
