My car looks good and drives well. I'm very happy with that. However, I wish the time estimate for how long it took to replace a tire had been more accurate. We were told we would get an update after 2 hours, but we did not. I called Lexus, and was told the rep was out to lunch. We had to change plans to continue to wait for the car.
