First of all Uber driver was not courteous and when I wanted to inform the person in the front desk she didn’t know what to do. I asked her to write a complaint she shrugged her shoulders
Second your front desk service young lady needs to have more knowledge about what is going on
Third When a car is being serviced it should be from A to Z I had to point out that I needed new winshield wipers
Fourth. The young man Fernando who was courteous, polite and helpful was able to install the new windshield wipers. He calmed me down and said that he will the person in charge about my complaints.
