Bob is always pleasant and I am happy dealing with him.
l do think you are very understaffed. Wait times are always too long.
If you think staff is sufficient then there is an efficiency problem.

I was told 2-2 1/2 hours to complete the 20K service maintenance on my vehicle. It was an oil chance, tire rotation and wheel balance. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting I left with my vehicle, but it was not washed because I didn’t want to wait an additional 45 min. My time is valuable, and if your going to tell me 2-2 1/2 hours for something that apparently takes close to 4 hours with an appointment I have no idea why I bothered purchasing the service plan from your dealership. I am frustrated at the lack of courtousy

Jeremy was the greatest! I came in unannounced with a dead battery. He took care of me and my car, and even found a loaner for me so I could make it to.a doctor appointment on time! And when I managed to lock myself out of the loaner, he found the code for the keypad! He’s a kind and helpful guy who saved my hide! He knows his job and handles emergencies with aplomb and efficiency. He’s truly a “keeper” and a miracle worker!
