Jeremy is an awesome service tech. He was very proactive when identifying issues with my vehicle and made sure that all of my issues were addressed to my satisfaction. He made sure that the valet picked up my car exactly when it was convenient for me and also arranged the delivery in a timely manner. He really went overboard to make sure that I was pleased with my vehicle. His service and patience are second to none!

I brought my truck in for a fattening noise and was not told it would take all day even though I scheduled an appointment and affable mentos were not available to take me to and from work. I do not plan on coming back to grapevine ford and I would not refer anyone to their business.

Pete was awesome, came in without an appointment and he put me to top. Told me probably 2 hours for service,. Caught shuttle back to work and 20 minutes later service was completed. Pete then sent shuttle to my work to bring me back to dealership. Awesome customer service and that’s why I use Grdoevibe Ford.

So thankful for the excellent service

I asked for them to check for an oil leak when I left the vehicle. I was told they would look for one. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I asked where the leak was located and told they didn’t look for a leak. I was told I could drop it off without a loaner and wait a week before they could look at it. I politely ended the conversation and will be finding another Ford dealer to do my service work. Michael Lindley was a great in making sure my truck was looked at . I had a appointment the 5 th of February. I called Saturday and talked to Eddie and he said just wait till the 5th , I was like wow ! So I called on Tuesday and Michael waited on my call. He said to just bring it in and it would be taken care of . I got a new 2018 rental truck. I enjoyed it very much, and am thinking it over to buy one . Michael was very professional in calling ,texting, and letting me know when truck was done. I was able to read repair , what volts , ohm specs and test done . the last gentleman help me when I pick it up was as well helpful . The ladies that help me in giving me my 2 day rental to one day due to I was only to get to dealership after 6 pm , due to I close my shop at 5:30 . I am a diesel tech and lead tech of my shop. IF EDDIE WORKED FOR ME AND TALKED TO ME LIKE HE DID AND TOLD ME TO WAIT AS HE DID AND SOUNDED LIKE I WAS A KNOW BODY !! I would NOT GO BACK TO YOU GUYS !!!! MICHAEL MADE THE DIFFERENCE IN ME GOING TO YOU GUYS ! He is PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND EXPLAINED TO ME ALL HE WAS GOING TO DO , THIS MAN MADE MY DAY !!!!!
