Once again and as I have come to expect Pete Rochelle has provided excellent customer service. This time when I went to get my car he literally ran across the parking g lot to bring it to the door for me. It had been parked on the Lincoln parking lot next door & was a really windy cold day. Alfredo was awesome.
However when I had issues with the shuttle back to the dealership I called and the lady answering lied. I called back and she hung up, I called back again and she lied again. I called back again and was much ruder and she amazing was able to figure it out and get the pick up service set up. Sorry to loose my temper with the lady but my niceness goes away after being hung up on twice and lied to twice. Oddly I should not have had to be rude to her in order to get the shuttle/pick up set up, this only makes people act rude from the start as clearly being nice didn’t work the first three times (I’m willing to give it another chance, but if I get hung up on and lied to again by some lady I’ll just be rude and demanding when I call as that’s what it took….)
Alfredo apologized for this and gave me his office and cell number. In the future I will call him instead of dealing with whoever answered in the service department. Whoever she is she needs training.
