Had transmission problem. Good Coast suspected the wrong trans fluid was put in, quickly decided the vehicle warranty will be voided. I took the vehicle back to shop to have them check the trans fluid and it was done correctly. The vehicle runs better and the trans is fine.

Although this is the second time I’ve had to return my vehicle back to address the same problem within months I will say that Bonnie was very courteous and sent me multiple messages about the status of my vehicle thru out. I was promptly settled into a nearly brand new loaner vehicle as well. I just got my vehicle back today so I can’t attest to the repair being a complete success I will say that the experience and Bonnie both have been extremely professional.
