Mr. Dan Burrus has an infectious joy about him that makes it impossible to not smile right along with him! That’s no easy feat since auto maintenance is not exactly the funnest thing to have to do. And aside from his winning personality, he just really took great care of me! You seem to have a great team there as every person I’ve had contact with has been a positive interaction! Impressive!

Dan was very friendly and took the time to explain what was done and arranged for a courtesy car while the a/c was being repaired so I did not have to wait for 6 hours.
The repair bill was over $700 and I was surprised that the “courtesy car” was actually a rental.
Dan asked if I had AAA card that reduced the bill so the rental was “free”.
Overall I was very satisfied with the service, repair and Dan’s friendly attitude. I felt he was my friend not just a customer.

Damon gave me a realistic expectation of what to expect with my visit. I came in for an oil change but ended up needing some other services and to have a light diagnosed. He answered all of my questions and when he wasnt sure he said so, and then found out for me. When he found out that my car would take longer than he originally estimated he updated me and made arrangements for me not to be without a vehicle. He was kind and genuine and provided a great overall experience.
